Project Overview

In November 2023, PT Elbema Integra Indonesia successfully performed high-pressure waterjet cleaning on piping systems at the HCML (Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited) facility in Sampang, Madura. Operating at pressures of up to 15,000 PSI, the system enabled thorough and efficient internal pipe cleaning.

The cleaning process used a rotary nozzle, which produces a high-speed rotating water jet capable of removing scale, rust, and blockages effectively without causing damage to the pipe material. This method is ideal for maintaining optimal flow and system integrity, especially in demanding oil and gas environments.

The work was executed by certified technicians from PT Elbema Integra Indonesia, adhering strictly to industry safety standards. This successful project demonstrates the company’s commitment to delivering advanced, efficient, and high-standard technical cleaning solutions.
