Project Overview

PT Elbema Integra Indonesia carried out the cleaning of condensers at PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina using high-pressure waterjet cleaning technology at 15,000 psi with a rotary nozzle. This method effectively removes scale, deposits, and contaminants from the internal surfaces of the condenser, enhancing heat transfer efficiency and overall unit performance.

The cleaning process was executed by certified technicians adhering to strict safety and environmental standards. The use of a rotary nozzle enables thorough cleaning of hard-to-reach areas without damaging the condenser components.

Upon completion, comprehensive inspection and documentation were conducted to ensure the condenser was restored to optimal condition and ready to support production processes.
